Chrysanthos (Chris) Dellarocas

Chris is an Associate Professor of Management at Boston University. He previously taught at MIT, NYU and the University of Maryland. He studies the implications of user-generated content and social media on strategy, marketing and open innovation as well as how such media should be designed to induce optimal economic and social outcomes. He is a cofounder of several startup companies, holds 9 patents and serves on the advisory board of the Word of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA) and on the editorial boards of top journals in the field. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from MIT.

Gail Thakarar

Gail currently sits on the advisory board of Workforce Management IHC, as well as here at Reppify. Previously, Gail was Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Talent Management at ProCure Treatment Centers, Inc., a rapidly growing company that builds and manages proton therapy centers. She has held several senior corporate positions. As SVP of Human Resources for IntelliRisk Management she helped their global expansion by setting up
offices in India and the Philippines. Prior to that, she was the VP of Human Resources for The Mony Group following their IPO where she managed their transition to a public company. As Managing Director of Human Resources for Countrywide Financial Corporation she helped Countrywide transform from a mortgage company to a diversified financial services corporation recruiting over 20,000 employees in five years and established Countrywide University to develop talent. She has also worked for Beverly Enterprises, GlaxoSmithKline, Occidental Petroleum, and TransTechnology in senior HR roles. Gail holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She serves or has served on several Boards including Flintridge Preparatory School, The Pasadena Symphony and Workforce Management.

Nikki Arora

Nikki holds the Chief Marketing Officer position at UST Global, as well as being on the Advisory Board at Reppify. She has been instrumental in reviving the UST Global brand and is responsible for corporate and business
development through various branding and marketing platforms including CSR and special philanthropic initiatives. Nikki has been in Information technology consulting industry for over 18 years, specializing in Corporate Brand Building, Event Management, Talent Acquisition Management, Operational Management and Client Relationship. She is skilled at establishing operational excellence within culturally diverse environments and provides leadership through proactive strategic planning, thinking and delivering value added services globally. She originated the vision of Employer of Choice brand campaign while she was the Head of Talent Acquisition. Nikki has a Degree in Commerce from GLS, India and a Technical Management Certifications from UCLA. She has been recognized as
Exceptional Leader and Women of the Year by The International Women Leadership Association and National Association of Professional Women.
