Recruiters are Googling and searching for information on candidates, often making hiring decisions on the first few things they see (whether relevant to actual employment or not). We think this is the WRONG way to hire. What we do is to filter out your private information (age, race, sexual orientation, relationship status, etc.) and share information relevant to open positions.
